10. Presentation of annual report: The annual report prescribed in section 72 of the Act must be submitted to the Minister before the expiry of the permit. However, where a permit is revoked, the annual report shall be submitted to the Minister during the month following such revocation.
In all cases, it must be submitted to the Minister before any new application is made.
